hereinafter jointly referred to as “AZURE TRAVEL”.

Contracting Entity
The legal entity with which the Client enters into the contract shall be determined exclusively by the bank account into which the payment is made, as follows:

  • where payment is made to bank accounts held by AZURE TRAVEL P.C., the contract shall be concluded with this company and governed by the laws of Greece;
  • where payment is made to bank accounts held by AZURE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., the contract shall be concluded with this company and governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

By effecting payment, the Client confirms that they have been clearly informed of the contracting entity, accept these Conditions and agree to the applicable governing law.

Moment of Contract Formation
By submitting a booking request via the online platform azure-travel.com, by email, WhatsApp or any other communication channels of AZURE TRAVEL, the Client initiates the contractual relationship, accepts these Booking Conditions and undertakes a binding obligation to pay for the requested travel services, as well as responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and compliance with the applicable conditions.

The contract for travel services shall be deemed to be concluded with the relevant AZURE TRAVEL entity, determined in accordance with the bank account to which payment is made, as specified in the payment details provided to the Client.

Notwithstanding the above, AZURE TRAVEL’s obligations to perform the travel services, as well as the Client’s right to benefit from such services, shall arise only upon the cumulative fulfilment of the following conditions:

(i) full payment of the travel services by the Client; and
(ii) issuance of the official booking confirmation by AZURE TRAVEL.

Until such conditions are fulfilled, the booking request shall be treated as a pending request and shall not guarantee the final availability of the services.

Definitions
For the purposes of these Conditions:

“We”, “us”, “our” refer to the legal entity AZURE TRAVEL P.C. or AZURE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. with which the Client enters into the contract, as determined by the bank account selected for payment.

“Client”, “you”, “your” refer to the lead passenger named in the booking and/or the Sub-Agent, as well as all other persons on whose behalf the booking is made or to whom the booked services are provided.

1. Our Role in Your Booking
We operate an online booking platform that enables users to search, compare, combine and book various travel services, including flights, accommodation and transfers (each referred to as a “Travel Service”).

We do not own or operate any of these Travel Services. When you search for and book Travel Services through our platform, our role is strictly limited to:

  • providing and displaying information about such Travel Services;
  • facilitating the conclusion of a contract between you and the direct provider of the Travel Service (the “Service Provider” or “Supplier”); and
  • arranging the payment terms between you and the Service Provider.

The Service Provider shall be solely responsible for the provision of the Travel Service to you.

Our obligations towards you may vary depending on whether we act as the organiser of a package of travel services or as a sub-agent on behalf of another service provider.

References to “packages” in these Booking Conditions relate only to those travel packages for which we act as the organiser.

Where we sell travel arrangements on behalf of another travel provider in the capacity of a sub-agent, your contract shall be deemed to be concluded directly with that provider. In such cases, our liability towards you shall be limited in accordance with Section 15(A)(ii) of these Booking Conditions.

2. Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to ensure that all information and prices provided on our website are accurate. However, changes and occasional errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies accordingly.

Prior to confirming your booking, it is your responsibility to verify the current price and all other relevant details relating to the travel arrangements you intend to book.

Please also note that we shall not be liable for booking errors attributable to you or arising from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, as defined in Clause 9.

3. Our Agreement
Detailed information regarding the main characteristics of your travel arrangements is available on our website, azure-travel.com, prior to making a booking.

Before making any payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to: the price details, applicable promotions, any additional costs, the cancellation conditions, and this Agreement/Contract (Booking Terms and Conditions).

This information, together with these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Notice, and any other written information provided prior to booking, shall constitute the basis of your agreement with us.

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which include the following essential provisions:

The contract shall be deemed accepted by you at the time of booking. However, the agreement shall become binding upon us only after the booking has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

  • In the event of a cancellation initiated by you, an administrative processing fee of EUR 26 shall apply, except where additional charges are imposed by the Supplier.
  • Cancellation may involve charges of up to 100% of the total booking value, depending on the Supplier’s terms and conditions.
  • For NON-REFUNDABLE rates, cancellation results in the full loss of the amount paid.
  • For “Non-changeable” fares (no amendments permitted), no changes to the booking are allowed after confirmation, including, but not limited to, changes to travel dates, passenger names, type of service, or any other elements of the booking.
In the event that the Client wishes to amend a booking made under such a fare, such amendment cannot be made directly. The Client must cancel the existing booking in accordance with the provisions of Clause 10 (Changes and Cancellations by the Client), with all applicable cancellation charges, and proceed to make a new booking, subject to availability and applicable rates at that time.
  • For refundable rates, both the cancellation fees imposed by the Supplier and our administrative processing fee of EUR 26 shall apply.
  • Amendments to already confirmed bookings may be possible only in certain circumstances and shall be subject to a processing fee of EUR 26.
  • We reserve the right to amend or cancel the agreement in certain situations, offering reasonable alternatives, reductions, or compensation where applicable.
  • While we shall use all reasonable efforts to manage bookings with due care and diligence, our financial liability shall be limited in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable law.
  • The lead person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all persons included in the booking. This person confirms that they have communicated these booking conditions to all parties and obtained their agreement, including all information provided prior to booking (price details, promotions, additional payments, cancellation terms, etc.).
  • The travel service providers involved in delivering your travel arrangements operate under their own terms and conditions, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
  • It is essential that you carefully check the details of your booking immediately upon receipt of the confirmation. Subsequent changes may be impossible or may incur additional charges.
  • Certain conditions set out herein may limit or exclude the liability of the Supplier towards you.

4. Booking
By booking travel services and/or a travel package and providing your personal and payment details on our website, you purchase the selected services/package subject to availability.

Upon receipt of your order, we will contact the Supplier to confirm the availability of the service at the indicated price. Payment will be processed and, following receipt of your order, an invoice will be issued.

In the event that the services are available but not at the indicated price, you will be offered the option to purchase them at a revised price, subject to your confirmation.

5. Payment, Payment Methods and Booking Confirmation

The contract for travel services shall be deemed concluded with the AZURE TRAVEL entity into whose bank account the payment is made, as follows:

  • where payment is made to bank accounts held by AZURE TRAVEL P.C., the contract shall be concluded with this company in Greece;
  • where payment is made to bank accounts held by AZURE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., the contract shall be concluded with this company in the Republic of Moldova.

Payment for travel services may be made by bank transfer or by debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), using the accounts indicated during the booking process (proforma invoice / invoice).

Payment may consist of a deposit or the full amount, in accordance with the booking conditions. By making a booking, the Client initiates a contractual relationship and undertakes a binding obligation to pay AZURE TRAVEL and, where applicable, the travel service providers for the requested services.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that submitting a booking request may give rise to immediate commitments on the part of AZURE TRAVEL towards service providers (e.g. blocking inventory, issuing services), and failure to fulfil the payment obligation may result in costs, penalties, or cancellation of the booking in accordance with the applicable conditions.

Notwithstanding the above, the right to benefit from the travel services and the final confirmation of the booking shall be granted exclusively upon full payment of the services and the issuance of the official confirmation by the contracting entity.

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • all passenger/traveller details provided in the booking are accurate and complete (names must correspond exactly with travel documents);
  • you have read and accepted all terms and conditions presented on this website, including those of the service providers;
  • you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and undertake to communicate it to all persons included in the booking;
  • at the time of booking, you are at least 18 years of age and, together with all participants, meet the applicable age requirements for the booked services.

Confirmation of the selected travel services is subject to full payment of the total price, including all applicable taxes and charges. The booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon issuance of the official confirmation (email/voucher) containing a valid booking reference number (“Booking Confirmation”).

Please carefully review the Booking Confirmation and notify us immediately of any inaccuracies or omissions so that we may take appropriate corrective action.

Processing of a booking request may take up to 72 hours.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the Booking Confirmation. In exceptional cases, we may be unable to confirm the booking (for example, due to unavailability or price changes). In such cases, our team will propose alternative options.

If no suitable alternative can be identified, we will contact you by telephone, email, or through your account to determine whether to proceed or cancel the booking request. In the event of cancellation, any amounts paid will be refunded.

Please note that, in certain situations, the cost of services may be subject to change. Any such adjustment will be communicated prior to final confirmation, and the booking will proceed only with your consent.

Accessing the websites of service providers implies acceptance of their respective terms and conditions.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). We do not charge additional fees for card payments; however, your bank or card issuer may apply its own charges.

All payments are subject to security and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the payment is not authorised or does not pass such checks.

All payments are processed in EUR (€), unless otherwise specified. Any other currencies displayed are for informational purposes only. Any bank charges or additional fees shall be borne by the Client.

6. Travel Insurance and Limitation of Liability
The Client undertakes to independently obtain and maintain a valid travel insurance policy, which must cover at a minimum emergency medical expenses, repatriation, and other unforeseen costs arising from accidents, illness, or force majeure events occurring during the stay in the territory where the Company’s travel services are provided, for the entire duration of the travel product.

The Client acknowledges that they have been informed of the insurance coverage requirements and assumes full responsibility for obtaining and maintaining a valid insurance policy.

In the absence of a valid insurance policy, the Company shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses, penalties, medical services, compensation, or other costs incurred by the Client during the trip that would otherwise have been covered by an insurance provider.

The Client confirms that the Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the absence or insufficiency of insurance coverage and assumes all risks associated with such circumstances.

7. Special Requests
Please inform us of any special requirements relating to your booking at the time of making the reservation. While we will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

If a specific request can be confirmed, this will be indicated in your booking confirmation (additional charges may apply). However, unless such requests are confirmed in writing following our confirmation, failure to fulfil them shall not constitute a breach of contract.

8. Disability and Medical Conditions
If you or any member of your party suffers from a medical condition or disability that may affect the provision of the travel services you have selected, you must provide full details prior to the confirmation of your booking.

Information regarding the feasibility of travel or accommodation will be provided upon request only. If we are unable to meet your requirements, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your booking.

9. Price Variations
We reserve the right to adjust the prices of unsold travel arrangements at any time and to correct errors in confirmed prices.

The price of confirmed arrangements may be subject to variation due to changes in fuel costs, taxes, or fees imposed by third parties. Any price adjustments shall be calculated based on the cost differences arising from such factors.

If the price increase exceeds 8% of the total cost of the arrangements, you will be offered options in accordance with Section 4.

10. Changes and Cancellations by You
In order to make any amendments to, or to cancel, your travel arrangements, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will use reasonable endeavours to accommodate your requested changes; however, we cannot guarantee their availability.

In the event of cancellation by you, Cancellation Charges shall apply as set out below, except in cases of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances, as defined in Clause 11.

15. Our Obligations
Where reference is made herein to a “price reduction”, this shall mean an adjustment to the price paid by you for the affected services for the duration of any period of non-conformity, except where such non-conformity is attributable to your actions.

Where reference is made to “compensation”, this shall mean reimbursement for any damage suffered as a result of such non-conformity, subject to the limitations and exclusions set out in Section B below.

A. Obligations Depending on the Type of Booking

(i) Package Bookings
Where we act as the “organiser” in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, we assume responsibility for the travel packages and associated travel services.

In the event that the travel package does not conform to the agreement, we shall take prompt action to remedy the lack of conformity. Where such remedy is not possible or would involve disproportionate costs, compensation shall be provided in accordance with Section B below.

(ii) Other Types of Bookings
For all other bookings, we act as an agent/intermediary for various service providers.

We are obliged to select suppliers with appropriate skill and diligence to perform the services included in your booking. Except where otherwise expressly stated, we do not assume responsibility for the actual provision of services, unless our own breach directly causes damage.

As suppliers are selected with reasonable care, we shall not be liable for incidents occurring during the provision of such services.

Important Notice
In order to bring a claim against us, you must demonstrate negligence on our part or on the part of our suppliers.
It is essential that you inform both us and the relevant service provider immediately of any alleged lack of conformity and allow a reasonable period for remedy.
You may contact us at customer.support@azure-travel.com or through our customer support channels.

16. Jurisdiction, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the contracting entity with which the Client enters into the contract, as determined by the bank account into which payment is made.

  • Where the contract is concluded with AZURE TRAVEL P.C., it shall be governed by the laws of Greece, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
  • Where the contract is concluded with AZURE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS S.R.L., it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chisinau, Republic of Moldova.

Amicable Settlement of Disputes
Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, the parties shall use all reasonable endeavours to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement amicably.

The Client undertakes to submit a prior written notice to the contracting entity, and the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through direct negotiations or, where appropriate, through mediation procedures within a reasonable timeframe.

Legal proceedings may be initiated only where such amicable settlement or mediation does not result in a satisfactory resolution for the parties.

Payments and Anti-Chargeback Procedure
The Client undertakes that, prior to initiating any payment dispute procedure (chargeback) through a bank or card-issuing institution, they shall first contact the contracting entity directly in order to resolve the matter.

The parties agree that any request for refund, amendment, or cancellation of services shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable conditions of the booked services.

Initiating a chargeback procedure without complying with the amicable dispute resolution process may result in delays in processing the request and may lead to the contracting entity providing all relevant supporting documentation to the financial institutions involved, including but not limited to: booking confirmation, acceptance of contractual terms, and proof of service delivery.

17. Financial Protection
For AZURE TRAVEL P.C. (Greece) — we provide financial protection for our services, including airline tickets, through a guarantee lodged with the relevant regulatory authority. In the event of insolvency, you may обратиться to GNTO (the Greek National Tourism Organisation).

This guarantee applies to various services such as flights, accommodation and others, ensuring financial protection for your peace of mind. In the event of any issues, information regarding the scope of coverage and the relevant contact points in exceptional circumstances is available. Please note that not all travel services offered by us are covered by GNTO protection.

Where you have booked travel services outside of a package organised by us, your funds will not be financially protected under this guarantee. For further information, please contact us.

For AZURE TRAVEL SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (Republic of Moldova) — financial protection is not предусмотрена applicable legislation.

18. Passport, Visa and Medical Requirements
You are responsible for complying with passport, visa, medical and immigration requirements in accordance with your travel plans.

Although we provide general information and guidance in relation to these matters, it is your responsibility to verify the specific requirements applicable to your circumstances with the relevant embassies or consulates and, where necessary, to consult a medical professional.

Regulations may change, and it is therefore essential that you ensure compliance well in advance of departure.

Many countries now require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond the date of return. If your passport is approaching its expiry date, you are advised to confirm the applicable requirements with the embassy of your destination country.

We shall not be liable if you are unable to travel or incur any losses as a result of failing to comply with passport, visa, immigration or medical requirements. By making a booking with us, you agree to indemnify us against any penalties or losses incurred as a result of such non-compliance.

19. Information About Your Flight
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 2111/2005, we are required to inform you of details regarding air carriers banned within the European Union. You may access this list at:
https://ec.europa.eu/transport/modes/air/safety/air-ban_en.

In accordance with EU/MD regulations, we are required to provide you with information regarding the air carrier operating your route at the time of booking or, where this is not known, the likely operating carrier(s). Where only the planned carrier can be indicated at the initial stage, we shall inform you of the actual operating carrier as soon as possible. Any changes to flight operations will be communicated to you without delay.

At the time of booking, we are not always able to confirm the aircraft type or exact flight times. The information displayed on our website and in the booking confirmation is provided for information purposes only and may be subject to change. It is essential that you verify your tickets upon receipt for the exact flight time. Flight times may be subject to change even after ticket issuance; therefore, we strongly recommend that you reconfirm directly with the airline at least 24 hours prior to departure. Please also confirm your return flight details.

Changes to the operating carrier, flight schedule or aircraft type shall not entitle you to cancel or amend your arrangements without payment of the applicable charges, unless otherwise expressly stated.

In the event of denied boarding, flight cancellation or significant delay, the airline is responsible for providing assistance, including meals, refreshments, accommodation and transport. You must request such assistance and any compensation directly from the airline. Any claim for compensation from us under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 shall require a full waiver of your rights against the airline.

You are also reminded to complete check-in in accordance with the airline’s rules. Typically, check-in opens 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, although some airlines may open check-in 48 hours in advance.

20. Delays
We shall not be liable for delays arising from unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances as set out in Clause 11.
Delay or cancellation of transport services shall not automatically entitle you to cancel any other arrangements, even where such arrangements are connected to your transport.
However, you may be entitled to submit a claim under the delay section of your travel insurance policy.

21. Amendments to Booking Conditions and Right to Refuse Services
We reserve the right to amend, supplement or cancel any of these Booking Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse any booking.

  • institutions and organisations involved in the provision of travel services;
  • entities specialised in payment verification and fraud prevention.

The contracting entity undertakes to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

For further information regarding the processing of personal data, your rights, and the use of cookies, please refer to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website.

23. Personal Account and Communication Channels
The Personal Account is a dedicated section of the Company’s website, accessible to the User after completion of the registration and authentication process using a unique login (email address) and password. The Personal Account is intended for order management, receiving notifications, exchanging information with the Company, and for other purposes предусмотренные by this Agreement.

The User undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the access credentials to the Personal Account, including login and password, and not to disclose them to third parties. The User shall bear full responsibility for all actions carried out through the Personal Account.

The email address provided during registration shall serve as the primary communication channel between the Company and the User. The User is required to regularly check emails as well as notifications posted in the Personal Account.

Messages sent by the Company to the User’s email address and/or posted in the Personal Account shall be deemed delivered and duly notified at the moment of sending or posting, regardless of whether the User has actually reviewed them.

The User is obliged to respond promptly to notifications relating to their orders.

24. Documents Related to Orders
All documents related to the User’s orders, including booking confirmations, invoices, vouchers, airline tickets and other tickets, rules and additional conditions, shall be available for viewing and downloading in the Personal Account. The User bears full responsibility for timely review and download of such documents. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from failure to review or download documents in due time, nor for failure to comply with the rules and conditions contained therein.
The availability of documents in the Personal Account shall be deemed sufficient notification to the User, regardless of whether such documents have been read or downloaded.

25. Important Information

Additional Beds
Prices for accommodation of three or four persons in one room are available upon request. Hotels that do not charge for children typically expect them to share existing beds with accompanying adults. Additional beds may incur extra charges and may result in limited space.
If you have booked a family package for two adults, it is likely that only the adults pay for accommodation and receive bedding, while children stay free of charge and share beds with adults.

Accommodation Ratings and Standards
Star ratings reflect the general quality and standard of each type of accommodation, typically taking into account available facilities, quality of furnishings, dining options and level of service. However, star ratings are not standardised and may vary significantly between countries and even within the same country. In some destinations, no official classification systems exist.

Accordingly, the rating displayed represents an opinion and should be used for guidance only. Where an official rating is provided by the service provider, we will endeavour to include it in the accommodation description.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of such ratings. All ratings are provided by the relevant service provider and do not represent our own assessment.

Room Allocation
Upon check-in at the hotel, a room will be assigned to you. You are responsible for check-in and check-out in accordance with the provider’s rules.
Please note that rooms booked together are not guaranteed to be adjacent or located near each other.

Seats on Aircraft/Coach
Many carriers allow seat selection prior to travel, usually for an additional fee and depending on the fare conditions.
Requests can be made via the airline’s/operator’s website using the relevant link provided in your booking confirmation/e-ticket. However, seat reservations are not guaranteed and may be changed due to operational requirements.

General Baggage Information
Checked baggage allowance varies depending on the airline/operator and destination. Typically, for long-haul international flights, allowances are approximately:

  • 20 kg for economy class
  • 30 kg for business class
  • 40 kg for first class

For short-haul flights, baggage may not be included and must be booked separately in advance, subject to additional charges.
If baggage limits are exceeded, additional fees will apply. Baggage policies are subject to change, and you are advised to verify current rules with your travel consultant or airline prior to travel.

Website Accuracy
Please note that descriptions on our website www.azure-travel.com may be updated several months prior to departure.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, changes and errors may occur. We recommend verifying holiday details immediately prior to booking, including hotel descriptions and room types on the hotel’s official website.
Changes may also affect tours, cruises, and independently arranged travel itineraries due to factors beyond our control.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in typically takes place between 14:00 and 16:00, and check-out between 10:00 and 12:00.
Early check-in is subject to availability and at the hotel’s discretion. If early check-in or late check-out is required, it is advisable to book and pay for additional nights in advance.

Departure/Arrival Taxes
Airport departure/arrival taxes are generally prepaid and included in the cost of the airline ticket, depending on the departure airport.

Some countries impose separate departure taxes that are not included in the ticket price. You are advised to verify this information prior to booking and ensure that you have sufficient local funds before departure.

Additional Hotel Services
Hotel parking may be subject to additional charges and is not included in the room rate.
Local accommodation taxes are payable directly at the hotel reception and may vary depending on the hotel’s star rating and location.
