How to create an account on Azure-Travel.com?
Go to the homepage and click "Login" → "Register". Fill in the required fields and confirm via email. After registration, you will have full access to bookings, payments, and personalized support.
How to book a holiday online?
Use the search bar on the homepage, enter your destination, dates, number of people, and ages of children. Click "Search" and follow the steps to complete the booking.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:
✔️ Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
✔️ Bank transfer (for refundable rates)
✔️ Secure payments directly from your personal account.
Non-refundable rates must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Attention! We do not send banking details via email or any other communication method.
How to modify a booking?
Log into your account, open the booking, and submit a Modification Request. If the tab Modification Request is not available, just send us a message directly from the booking.

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please include supporting evidence (photos, messages, etc.) to help speed up the resolution.

We will respond as soon as possible, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Do I need to print the travel documents?
No. All documents are available electronically in your personal account and can be presented digitally.
What should I know about passport, visa and local taxes?
Check visa requirements for your destination country.
The passport must be valid for at least 3–6 months depending on the country.
Some countries require visa or tourism tax payments upon entry — please check with the consulate of the destination country before travel.
Is travel medical insurance mandatory?
Yes, it is recommended and mandatory in some countries. Insurance protects you in case of medical emergencies.
How will I be informed about changes to my booking?

What are the hotel check-in rules and what is the local tax?
Check-in: after 14:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Early check-in/late check-out may incur extra charges.
